The Orlando Business Development Center, District 2 (OBDC2) was the vision of Orlando City Commissioner Betty T. Wyman. It is conveniently located across the street from Orlando Fashion Square mall in the Colonial Landing Plaza. It is unique in its support of new and small businesses.
Entreprenurial Support System
To support you in your business efforts, we offer an Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP): business enhancement classes, networking, referral services, and onsite coaches & mentors.
Designed With You In Mind
At the center you can rent affordable, professional office space. This will provide you access to a receptionist, high-speed internet, phone and cable lines, office machines, conference facilities, and a refreshment area.
Virtual Client
Virtual client status is for those that are working out of their home or other location but could benefit from the incubation process and access to shared resources available through the incubator. It is also a good option if you are not yet ready to make the leap to full-time status with the company. Virtual clients may end up moving into the Incubator when they are farther along. Virtual clients pay a monthly services fee that allows access to all OBDC2 services.
